With over 20 years of senior-level experience in the youth development, philanthropic, local government, entrepreneurial, and corporate responsibility fields, Max has demonstrated a passion for cross-sector social impact. In his 10 years as the Founder of Kid Power, he managed high-quality academic, nutritional, and service-learning programs for thousands of young people throughout the District of Columbia. Max then served as the DC Executive Director of the Taproot Foundation, a national organization that facilitates corporate pro bono service.

Max was the Director of National Programs at MBK Alliance, an initiative of the Obama Foundation working to ensure that all boys and young men of color have equal opportunity to achieve their full potential. Most recently, he was a founding partner of Generation Titans, a social impact firm that develops market solutions for diverse startups to access the early-stage resources they need to launch and thrive. Its signature service -- JOIN REUNION -- is a crowdfunding and community platform where enterprise users support emerging Black, Latinx, and Indigenous entrepreneurs by amplifying their stories, offering advising support, and providing financial sponsorships.

Max continues to serve diverse founders in partnership with the Founder Forward platform. 

Max has also managed numerous high-level initiatives with such clients as the Obama Foundation, the Walk With Amal, the DC Reentry Housing Alliance, RFK Human Rights, Represent Justice, Ben & Jerry's, America's Promise Alliance, March for Our Lives, A Species Between Worlds, and the Soze Agency.
